1. What are the dates and location of the reunion?

The reunion will take place July 4 - July 6, 2025 in Atlanta, Georgia. Full venue details will be shared as we get closer to Reunion Weekend.​ All venues and activities will take place in and around the South Atlanta/ Hartsfield- Jackson Atlanta International Airport area. Venues and activities will be within a 5-10 mile radius of the host hotel.

 

2. What is the registration fee?

The registration fee includes all events, meals, entertainment, a t-shirt, and a surprise swag bag.

• Regular Registration Deadline May 15, 2025

  • Adults (18+): $139

  • Children (ages 6–17): $89

  • Toddlers (5 and under): $15 (T-Shirt Fee)

• Late Registration (May 16 – June 1, 2025):

  • $150 per person (flat rate for adults and children). Toddlers free.

• Extra Late/Onsite Registration (June 1 – July 4, 2025):

  • $200 per person (flat rate for adults and children). Toddlers free.

  • Note: Extra late registration is based on space availability.

 

3. Is there a payment plan available?

Yes! A monthly installment payment plan will be offered from February 2025 to May 31, 2025. This allows you to budget and participate with ease.

 

4. What does the registration fee include?

Your registration fee covers:

• Welcome Night Activity (meal included)

• Saturday Picnic

• Legacy Banquet (including dinner)

• Entertainment (music, games, and more)

• A custom family t-shirt

• A surprise swag bag filled with keepsakes and goodies

What the Registration Fee Does NOT Include:

• Travel expenses (e.g., airfare, train, or bus tickets)

• Transportation to and from reunion events

• Accommodation or lodging costs

• Additional meals outside of the scheduled events

• Optional activities or excursions not listed in the itinerary

 

5. Are there activities for all ages?

Absolutely! We’ve planned activities for everyone, from toddlers to grandparents, ensuring a fun and memorable weekend for all family members.

 

6. What should I bring?

We recommend packing:

• Comfortable clothing and walking shoes

• Picnic blankets or lawn chairs for Saturday's picnic

• Any family photos or memorabilia you’d like to share

 

7. Is there a dress code for the Legacy Banquet?

Yes, the Legacy Banquet is an All-White semi-formal event.

8. Where will we be staying?

Our official reunion hotel is Tru by Hilton Atlanta College Park, located at 2101 Convention Center Concourse A College Park, GA 30337. We’ve secured a discounted group rate. Be sure to book your room by June 03, 2025.

 

9. Can I register onsite?

Yes. The fee for onsite registration is $200 per person (toddlers free).

 

10. Will there be childcare?

While the reunion is family-focused, there will be kid-friendly activities and areas at major events. Parents are responsible for supervising their children throughout the weekend.

 

11. Can I buy extra t-shirts or swag bags?
